Will I get an order confirmation email?

You should receive your Order Confirmation Email shortly after your order has been placed.

How to check the status of orders

Ensure you are logged into your shopping profile on legend-walker-us.com to view orders placed with your profile.

How long does it take to receive my item?

Orders places before 2pm PST will be shipped on the day. Standard shipping will take 3~6 days to be received.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed ,you can cancel your order before the payment is completed . Kindly note we move quickly to fulfill your order. At times there is a short window when an order can be canceled.

How can I get an invoice ?

You will receive an invoice along with shipping confirmation email to the email address you used when placing the order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address you used when placing the order with the carrier tracking number and a link to track your order.

What should I do if my order has been delivered but I did not receive it?

Why do I have to pay shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for orders over $100 located in the continental US. For orders value under $100, a shipping fee of $30 will apply. 

Shipping restrictions

Special restrictions apply to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Our luggage may be ineligible for shipment to these locations, and delivery times may be longer due to military mail handling requirements.

How to disable Legend Walker Find Luggage?

If you’ve received a notification on your Android device about an unfamiliar Legend Walker Find Luggage nearby, you can make it ring by tapping the system notification. Once you’ve located the Legend Walker Find Luggage, follow these steps to disable it.

To disable Legend Walker Find Luggage:
Locate the ON/OFF button on the front top of Legend Walker Find Luggage. Quickly press the button five times. A confirmation chime will sound and the light will blink three times. When Legend Walker Find Luggage is disabled, you will hear a confirmation sound. After disabling, the Legend Walker Find Luggage will be removed from Google’s Find Hub network, preventing the owner from receiving location updates for this device. Additionally, you will no longer receive alerts related to this Legend Walker Find Luggage.

To enable identification:
Locate the ON/OFF button on the front top of Legend Walker Find Luggage. Quickly press the button six times. Six confirmation beeps will sound and the light will blink six times.

Returns & Exchanges

What do I do if I am missing an item or received a broken item, or want to return?

Please use the "Contact Us "button to submit your return /exchange/refund request. Ensure you attach your order invoice and, if possible, include at least 1 photo as proof of the damaged item. Once we receive and confirm your request in accordance with our return policy, we will process the return /exchange /refund.

How many days do I have to return an item?

The Return Policy allows return within 30 days of receipt of shipment. All items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags.

Should I pay for the return shipping cost?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or a shipping error. If you provide photos showing a defect or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping expenses in the refund.

How long can I receive the refund

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once we acknowledge your return, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Policy

1. Return Period

Legend Walker US Store offer free returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.All items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.

2. Return Authorization

To return an item, customers must first contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If an item is defective or incorrect, customers can request an exchange within the return period. The process will follow the same steps as the return process.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as personalized or custom orders, may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
